A perfectly reduced space for living. From a desk and washing machine, up to a place to sleep, everything essential for living is included. 1m3 is the starting point dimensions– chaos as intention. The result: multi-functionality. Taking a closer look this object turns out to become a complete anti-functionality. Through human intervention at the object, it drifts inevitably in a chaotic state and through a discrepancy between imagination and reality the human thinking process ends up in chaos. In the truest sense of word- “appearances are deceiving.“ The reduced living unit captures a diversity of ordinary everyday objects. Just the anticipated functionality is limited or completely eliminated. It‘s not to be understood as a product, but rather as critical analysis of what design, function, multifunction is for, and how far you can go with it.
